Purpose: As we start the spring semester, we want to narrow down the cause of the problem you will focus on and understand the logic behind the problem presentation.

Task: Please prepare a one-to-two-page single-spaced document with the following information. For some of these, you will use regular text format (i.e., paragraphs). For others, you will use the sentence outline method. A short sentence outline is a sentence summary of what you would regularly write for that section or question.

3. Motivation: Why does this problem matter? [Sentence outline]
4. Causes: What are the leading causes of the problem? [Sentence outline]
5. Focus: What is the cause you plan to focus on? And why? [Sentence outline]
6. Review: How have people tackled this cause of the problem? [Sentence outline]
